Open Call – Winter 2025\/2026<\/h2>\n

All women artists and art writers who identify as lesbians, bisexual or queer women are welcome to submit artist statements, artworks, links, videos and press releases for publication at Feminine Moments. Please notice that Feminine Moments’ Art Blog is a no-budget queer feminist art and visibility project. Artists and writers will not be paid for their submissions. What I offer is an opportunity for you to present your art projects\/events or writings at Feminine Moments, a resource site dedicated to presenting art projects by lesbian and queer feminist artists. This is an ongoing open call for submissions.<\/p>\n

The open call is for the following types of proposals for publication on Feminine Moments’ Art Blog:<\/p>\n

\u2014 1-3 images of artworks (.jpg or .png) and a short biography about the artist
\n\u2014 an art video (link) and a short biography about the artist
\n\u2014 2-4 images of artworks (.jpg or .png), an artist\u2019s statement (written in 1st person) and a short biography
\n\u2014 Essays about queer feminist art \u2013 as in art made by lesbian, bisexual or queer women artists – and a short biography about the arts writer
\n\u2014 Press releases about arts events (online or in person), exhibitions, art book releases or reviews.
\n\u2014 And or other materials related to queer feminist art. Surprise me!<\/p>\n

All submissions that include images must also include a list of captions.<\/p>\n

NB! I don\u2019t accept music videos, queer commercials and cinematic short films as they are well supported by queer film festivals. Furthermore, I don\u2019t accept promotional texts about LGBTQ* causes.<\/p>\n
