‘Pink And Bent: Art Of Queer Women’- slideshow, by Leslie\/Lohman Gay Art Foundation gallery and www.glbtq.com<\/em><\/p>\n

Pink and Bent: Art of Queer Women<\/em> is an exhibition, which was first mounted at the Leslie\/Lohman Gay Art Foundation gallery in New York City between May 21 and June 28, 2008.\u00a0 It was curated by Pilar Gallego and Cora Lambert, who selected work by both established and emerging artists with an eye toward conveying the experience of being a queer woman through art, which can ‘describe visually what is too complicated’ \u00a0to convey through language alone.<\/p>\n
