As an art photographer, she has made a name for herself with ironic and often humorous stagings of people in society&#8217;s outsider communities. The topics range from homosexual sexuality and gender identity to national belonging, Norwegian cowboys, &#8220;modern&#8221; Vikings and mass tourism.
