Annie Leibovitz: A Photographer\u2019s Life, 1990 \u2013 2005 at the\u00a0National Portrait Gallery in London presents over 150 images by one of the world\u2019s best-known photographers. The exhibition includes both well-known works made on editorial assignments as well as personal photos of her family and close friends. “I don’t have two lives. This is one life, and the personal pictures and the assignment work are all part of it.” Anni Leibovitz says. In her personal life she never followed the customary path – having an intense and lengthy relationship with the late Susan Sontag; and giving birth at the age of 51, having realised she had ‘forgotten’ to have children.<\/p>\n
