Edited by Birthe Havmoeller

Dear Reader,

Merry Christmas! Happy New Year! I send my season greetings to you, wishing that light, love, creativity and peace may be with you for the last days of 2019 and all of 2020. :-)

La Biennale di Venezia 2019

In this issue of my Feminine Moments newsletter I invite you to revisit La Biennale di Venezia to look at works and listen to some of the queer feminist artists. I have included videos below with Ulrike Müller, Julie Mehretu, Shu Lea Cheang, Pauline Boudry and Renate Lorenz and Roni Horn. I know that works by Zanele Muholi and Nicole Eisenman also was on display at the 58th International Art Exhibition in Venice, Italy. Unfortunately, I have not spotted any interviews with them in Venice, so instead I have included other videos with them in the 'Artist Talks' section below. Enjoy!
