Feminine Moments' newsletter - issue #109

Edited by Birthe Havmoeller

Dear Reader,

HURRAH! November is Feminine Moments' birthday month. My queer feminist art and visibility project, (resource site and art blog) turned 18 years last Saturday. No birthday without a party and a birthday cake!

I am still going strong and will share many interesting pieces of queer feminist art news, images and videos in the years ahead. I send my thanks to all the queer women artists who have supported my project through the years, and I hope you'll tell all your queer women friends in contemporary art to send images and artist statements to me for publication on Feminine Moments.

My vision is to create a strong international online platform for queer feminist artists to share their art projects. I believe that amazing things will happen, when lesbian artists, queer feminist artists and curators start sharing our creative queer feminist visions and enthusiasm about making art and feminist culture.
