Outburst Queer Arts Festival in Belfast, Ireland, November 8-17 brings LGBTQI+ community activists, artists and writers together on a grassroots platform to share ideas and stories. Homotopia 2019, November 1-10, is the UK’s longest running LGBTQ+ arts and culture festival, bringing the biggest names and most exciting emerging LGBTQ+ artists, performers and writers to Liverpool, UK.
