GFEST presents the 2016 queer arts exhibition “Beyond Margins”. Eight visual artists explore the theme of marginalised and ‘out and proud’ LGBTQI identities in complimenting or contrasting views in their works. The artists are: Ajamu X, Khalil West, Jason Carr, Jose Gomez, Niranjan Kamatkar, Sarah Jane Moon, Simon Croft and Veronica Slater.

OUT [in the Margins]: a panel discussion to challenge the perceptions of marginal LGBT+ identities and how the work presented at GFEST 2016 exhibition relates or contrasts with preconceived notions. Artists Veronica Slater, Niranjan Kamatkar and Simon Croft will be on the panel.
