Two weeks ago I launched a crowd funding campaign, called DEAR SHIRLEY after the title of my forthcoming photography book. The book is currently in the design phase. I am having to redo some images, check and double check that the right image are with the right text. Perhaps change some redundant images for a more interesting point of view. Today I made a big cup of coffee and sat down to re-scan some negatives and to update my friends on the progress.
After two weeks 54 friends have donated almost $6,000. I am so amazed and grateful.
