A Short Film About Sadie Lee

Sadie is in her studio, where she is talking about art, her paintings and the last taboo: images of older people with their sexuality. She is painting images of sexually charged real people and people with alternative sexualities.

To her lesbian art is not something that can be reduced to images of lesbians, and pictures of a dyke or a girl that you would like to make love to. Lesbian art is so much more diverse. No matter what the lesbian artist chooses to paint, it is images with personal stories, and they can in an odd way carry metaphorical sexual statements.
